You may out of the newsletter at any time by emailing info@sweetsprout.com. We don't store credit card information, and no information is collected from you without your knowledge.

 

Return Policy

We try our best to describe the products as accurately as possible and strive to make each piece the best it can be, but the handmade nature of our products means that there might be slight variations.

We gladly accept returns of unworn, unwashed items within 7 days of purchase. Please read the details of our return policy below:

If you find that an item is grossly misrepresented, you may return the item. However, you must FIRST email us to inform us of the reason for your return and to receive necessary return authorization (if you do not receive prior authorization, you will not be eligible for a refund.) After receiving authorization, you must ship the item back to us within 7 days of the delivery confirmation of your order. Items must be shipped via method comparable to USPS Priority Mail with Delivery Confirmation. We cannot be responsible for items damaged or lost during the shipment process. A full refund will be granted only if the returned items are unused and in resale mint condition. Please note that shipping charges are nonrefundable.
