About Thanks for visiting Sweet Sprout. Everything on this site is handmade by a small group of friends. Each bag is one of a kind, so if you find one you like, grab it before it's gone! We strive to make everything as environmentally friendly as possible--from our packaging to our final product. All of our packaging materials are made from recycled, non-bleached paper. Our handbags are made from sweaters that have been rescued from various thrift stores and friends' closets. We use every bit of the sweater we can and we donate our scraps to a local school for kindergarten crafts. We only use handles made of bamboo; you won't find any plastic here.
